Back by popular demand, our Holiday Brunch Class will dazzle you with new and delicious ideas for a mid-morning party!  Today, you create a Norwegian Smoked Salmon with Accoutrements Platter, Egg-citing Mini Stratas, Bloody Mary Shrimp Shooters, Seasonal Fruit with Honey Glaze and a bonus Holiday Breakfast Cake!  How festive and you get to taste it all!  Ages 12 and older are welcome to join with an adult participant.

Wines by the glass are available for purchase and a special storewide savings offer for all who attend!

20181216-1 - SUN-DEC 16 Christmas Breads Baking Hands-on Class

Sunday, December 16, 12:30-3:00pm

Join FEZZIWIG'S Guest Baker Carol Tucker as you explore two new cultures for the holiday with traditional breads!  Today, we take you to France and Eastern Europe for cultural bread baking class.  Carol will guide you on how to create French Gibassier, a Provencial Christmas bread which is somewhat like a brioche.  Then to Eastern Europe for a traditional Jewish bread called Babka!  Enjoy learning the folklore and history behind these two delightful breads while you learn how to make them.  Ages 12 and older may attend with an adult participant.

Fezziwig's Gifts from the Kitchen Series

A Hands-on Class with Guest Chef Patricia Johnson, a graduate of the College of Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University.  Bourbon and Bacon are a match made in heaven!  Who wouldn't love these recipes for a gift?  Today, you'll make homemade sweet potato fries with bacon and bourbon smoked paprika, delicious chive and bourbon smoked black pepper biscuits with our maple bacon onion jam, Kentuckyiaki meatballs and Chocolate Chunk Cookies with Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt!  All recipes and generous tasting portions accompany the class.

Wines by the glass are available for purchase and a special storewide savings offer for all who attend.

20181220-1 - THU-DEC 20 "Dinner with Dickens" Dining Event

Thursday, December 20, 6:00-8:00pm

Our "Dinner with Dickens" last year was a blast and we have been asked repeatedly to to it again!  So, here it is.  The Holiday Season is wrapping to a close and we are celebrating the Spirit of Christmas with our Dinner with Dickens!  Our menu will be a twist on what they would have served in the mid-1800s during the time Charles Dickens stayed in Lebanon, Illinois in 1842 writing his "American Notes" followed by his beloved "A Christmas Carol" he wrote the following year in 1843.  We will begin with a sherried mushroom soup with a buttermilk sage biscuit, followed by our main course of stuffed poultry with a cranberry pistachio dressing, sweet potato casserole and bacon green beans.  Our finale will be a puffed pear tart with honeyed cream anglese.  

We will also play a couple of traditional parlor games and end with a Merry Christmas Wish - sung by our very own Ellen Leaf-Moore! 

7.85% Illinois Sales Tax and 1.00% O'Fallon Food & Beverage Tax will be added to your reservation.
(this will appear as "setup fee")

No tipping.  Wines by the glass are available for purchase.  

Please make your reservation early as there is only room for 24 guests.  Feel free to come dressed as you wish.  Victorian period attire is not required.  
Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the event.  If the event does not have enough reservations by that time, there is the liklihood the event will be canceled.

Customer cancellations will be accepted up until 72 hours prior to the event without penalty.  After that, there is no refund - SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS. 
You can give away or resell your reservation but we must be notified who the person will be that is taking over your reservation.

All Hands-on Classes are limited to students age 12 and older unless otherwise noted.  All Classes and Tastings that include Wine are restricted to age 21 and older.  We card.

We reserve the right to substitute guest chefs, recipes or ingredients if necessary.
