Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the event.  If the event does not have enough reservations by that time, there is the liklihood the event will be canceled.

Customer cancellations will be accepted up until 72 hours prior to the event without penalty.  After that, there is no refund - SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.  You can give away or resell your reservation but we must be notified who the person will be that is taking over your reservation.

All Hands-on Classes are limited to students age 12 and older unless otherwise noted.  All Classes and Tastings that include Wine are restricted to age 21 and older.  We card.

Welcome to the Stone Age, but we are not talking about the Flintstones! We are excited to explore the world of stone fruits using several varieties and creating amazing recipes. Our menu today will include a tutorial on how to pick the ‘right-ripe’ piece of fruit! Then we will make a delicious pork & peach tostada with mango salsa, a French cherry clafloutis dessert, and an avocado-artichoke shrimp flatbread pizza!

Spend a wonderful evening in our 1905 Vintage Carriage House for the Farm to Table Dining Event.  Tonight, we are sourcing everything possible from local farms, creameries, gardeners, and bakers! Our menu will be pork from the Green Finned Hippy Farms in Pocahontas, and the rest will be decided upon when we go to the local markets and see what is fresh and delicious.  Tonight's chefs, Shaine and Ellen.

Do you LOVE garlic?  Expert garlic grower and highly regarded cook & entertainer, Scarlett Foster will give an informative and delicious seminar on how to plant, grow, harvest and cook with all parts of the garlic bulb. You’ll taste a generous sample portion of roasted garlic & tomato bruchetta, 40 clove garlic soup with garlic bread, and an amazing homemade garlic scape pesto! Corks & Forks Wine & Food Pairing Demo Class

Thursday, August 30, 5:30-6:30pm

Kick off your Labor Day weekend with a fun & interactive class of wine and appetizer pairings. Tonight we will create 4 different appetizers that pair perfectly with the wines. Our menu will be peach & prosciutto crostini paired with a delightful white blend, a pickled shrimp & vegetable aperitif served with a perfect sauvignon blanc, a French mushroom tart served with a pinot noir, and a truffled beef & arugula crostini paired with a wonderful cabernet sauvignon.

Must be 21 to attend. Recipes will be given out in class, and a special saving certificates for those who attend the class.

Back by heavy popular demand, chef Shaine Khanamuenwai will create a Mediterranean feast for you! We will begin with a tapas platter for a gathering course. A creative fresh salad will be your first seated course, followed by a pan seared chicken with roasted tomato- red pepper sauce, grilled veggies, with a Greek cous-cous, and the finale is a decadent dessert.

Gourmet Glamping in the Barn Dining Event!

This long-anticipated event is here! Our Gourmet Glamping Dinner will be held in our 1905 vintage carriage house decked out to the hilt! 
We will begin our evening at 5:30-6:00 with appetizers in the courtyard and wines available by the glass for purchase.
Dinner will be served at 6:00pm.  Our menu will be an autumnal salad, brined applewood porkchops, roasted rosemary potatoes and organic carrots, followed by dessert at 7:00pm served by the firepits in the courtyard!

Sips and Snuggles in our Garden Courtyard

Saturday, September 22, 2:00-4:00pm

If you missed this fun event before, you don't want to miss this one.  Our friends from the Green Finned Hippy Farm near Pocahontas, Illinois raise goats, chickens and mulefoot hogs and produce exceptional food products.  We are hosting an ADULTS ONLY wine tasting with many baby and youth goats in attendance from their farms.  You'll get to hold some of the baby goats in your arms and watch them romp around our courtyard.  We are essentially "bringing the country to Fezziwig's" for this event.  Due to the sensitive nature of the baby goats and for the safety of the goats and our customers, we cannot permit children to attend.

We will have a nice selection of wines to taste in our carriage house.  Once again, due to the goats, you'll be drinking from unbreakable glasses.  Dress casual and comfortable.
