This is always one of our best classes and one that everyone who wants to learn about premium loose leaf teas should attend.  Fezziwig's own Ellen Leaf-Moore is one of just about one-hundred Specialty Tea Institute Certified Level 4 Tea Educators.  Ellen works with our tea sources to curate some of our teas and tea blends.  You'll learn about the history of tea, where the teas come from and proper brewing methods.  The differences between black, green, oolong, pu-erh, and white teas will amaze you.  You'll be so glad you came to this class!

Zuppa is Italian for soup or “potage” in Italian. Today we will make two soups and homemade Tuscan Herb bread with lots of olive oil for dipping. Zuppa Toscana is a potato, sausage & greens potage that is warm, hearty and delicious!  Our other soup is a staple in the Italian culture, Pasta e Fagioli which is pasta, beans, tomatoes, a little meat and lots of flavor!  Sit back and enjoy the demonstration along with generous tasting portions.

You’ll make your own dough from our AMAZING Fezziwig’s mix and then create a traditional pizza margherita (created for Queen Margherita in 1899), pizza al rosemarino (rosemary olive oil, prosciutto, arugula and burrata cheese, and a couple other surprise recipes!  A nice Italian salad will accompany the tastings.

Back by popular demand, our very special guest chef Shaine Khanamuenwai will create a spring feast with fresh, delicious flavors of Thailand for our Chef’s table this month. Shaine likes to see what is fresh at the markets the day of the event so the menu will be the chef’s choice, and guaranteed to be outstanding!  He will explain the history of the dishes he is making and explain how to build these amazing flavors.  You’ll get to enjoy an entire dinner with appetizers and wines by the glass are available for purchase.

Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the event.  If the event does not have enough reservations by that time, there is the liklihood the event will be canceled.

Customer cancellations will be accepted up until 72 hours prior to the event without penalty.  After that, there is no refund - SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS. 
You can give away or resell your reservation but we must be notified who the person will be that is taking over your reservation.

All Hands-on Classes are limited to students age 12 and older unless otherwise noted.  All Classes and Tastings that include Wine are restricted to age 21 and older.  We card.
